Kay VanKleek

Diana Kay VanKleek, 73 of Poplar Bluff, Missouri formerly of Dexter passed away February 5, 2021. She was born to the late Sylvester and Ira Mae Carter Mowery on January 24, 1948 in Pontiac, Michigan. Diana was married to Robert Eston VanKleek on September 22, 1969 in Waterford, Michigan and he preceded her in death January 14, 2008. She worked at Tyson's in Dexter. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and collecting ceramic frogs. Diana is survived by two grandchildren Dakoda Monroe (Erik Schmidt) of Dexter, Logan (Tiffany) Monroe of Dexter; one sister Jean Mowery VanKleek of Michigan and sister in law Debbie Mowery of Michigan; one son in law Nick Haw. A host of nieces, nephews, friends, and family also survive. She was preceded in death by two daughters Diane DeProw and Elizabeth Haw, brother Jerry Mowery, grandchildren Breanna DeProw, Kevin Dowdy.
