Willard Rampley of Dexter, son of the late Joeseph and Blanche Rampley, was born in Zadock, Missouri on July 16, 1931 and passed away at Cypress Point Nursing Home in Dexter Missouri on December 06, 2020, at the age of 89 years. On December 24, 1955 he was married to Norma Kern Rampley, in Nashville Tennessee; she precedes him in death on December 19, 2018. Willard was in the Air Force, and he retired from FAA, he and his wife Norma traveled all over the country, after service retiring. Surviving Willard is one daughter Rhonda (John) Pinion of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two grandsons; Cole Pinion and Chris Pinion both of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; three sisters June Cook of Hernando, Mississippi, Joann Howerton of Springfield, Missouri and Jean Bechel of Chino, California. Several cousins Joe Rampley, Carl Rampley and Jim Rampley, and relatives and friends survive. He was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Blanche Rampley, wife Norma, one brother Darroll Rampley. Visitation will be held on December 10, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri. Graveside Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2020, at the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with Kenneth Gaines officiating. Interment will be in the Missouri State Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with Watkins and Sons Funeral Service of Bloomfield in charge of arrangements.
