Bob Holford

Bob Holford, son of the late Roy Lee and Beulah Maybelle Mitchell Holford, was born near Cash, Arkansas on October 5, 1933, and passed away at the Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter, Missouri on January 7,2016, at the age of 82 years. He had lived in Bloomfield since 1954. He was a member of the Link Church near Bloomfield. On January 20, 1954 he was married to Gladys Faye Graham in Mesa, Arizona. She preceded him in death on August 3,2015 Surviving are two sons and wife, Alan & Ellen Holford of Cape Girardeau, Stephen Holford of Bloomfield; two daughters and husband, Peggy Schroer & Wim Ruyten of Murfreesboro. Tennessee, Linda & Dallas McRoy of Bloomfield; nine grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. Other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one granddaughter, one great grandson, one sister, Juanita Baker and life long friends, Tommy;r-- Connie Hankins. Friends may visit on Sunday, January 10, 2016, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Chiles- Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri. Funeral services will be on Monday, January 11, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Michael Schaefer of Bloomfield, Missouri offiCiating. Interment will follow at the Walker Cemetery in Bloomfield with Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home of Bloomfield, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
