Cheryl Lynn Nance

     Cheryl Lynn Nance of Chaffee, Missouri, the daughter of the late Donald Ray and her mother, Francis Laverne (Cookson) Wilfong was born on January 19, 1967, in Corcoran, California, and  passed from this life on May 15, 2023, at her home at the age of 56.
      Cheryl has lived in the Southeast Missouri area all of her life.  She liked to  play piano and sing. She spent countless hours enjoying nature. She enjoyed rock collecting even to the point of giving them names like George and Henry. She loved  spending time with family and friends.  
      Cheryl was married to the love of her life, Kenny Wayne Nance on July 31, 1989,  in Cape County, Missouri remaining married until his passing on August 25, 2012.
       Cheryl is survived by her significant other Alan Penrose of Chaffee; her mom, Alice Wilfong of Advance, Missouri; two sons, Travis Wayne Rediker of Gardener, Massachusetts; Brandon Michael Nance of Zalma, Missouri; one daughter, Charity Nicole Mendoza of Chaffee, Missouri; seven grandchildren; four brothers, Michael Allen of Bloomfield, Charles (Leslie) Robertson of Bloomfield; Joseph  Robertson of Des Arc, Missouri and William  Robertson of Advance, Missouri; five sisters, Frances Renee (David) Keller of Scott City; Wanda (Johnny) McCulley of Bloomfield; Linda Coy of Scott City; Melissa Wilson of Bloomfield; Allison Wilfong of Moore, Oklahoma;  as well as a host of family and friends.
      Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her Momma, Opal Louise Allen.
      A Memorial Visitation  will be held Friday, May 19, 2023, from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at the Watkins And Sons Funeral Chapel in Puxico, Missouri with Watkins And Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
