Cletus Ray Counts Jr. of Sikeston, son of Cletus Ray Counts Sr. and the late Nell Hall Counts, was born in Charleston, Missouri on April 9, 1965, and passed away at the Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau on May 9, 2020, at the age of 55 years, 1 month.
He had lived in Mississippi before moving to Sikeston. He had worked in tree trimming business, and he loved cars, fishing, and hunting when he could.
He was married to Susan Mae Ford, in Mississippi.
Surviving are his wife, Susan of Sikeston; five daughters, Linda Sandlin of Sikeston, Missouri, Angel Counts of Sikeston, Missouri, Christina Thomas of Ripley, Mississippi, Terri Thomas of Potts Camp, Mississippi, and Jessica Thomas of Blue Mountian, Mississippi; one son, Cletus Ray Counts III (Bubba) of Canalou, Missouri; seventeen grandchildren. three sisters, Carla Lawson of East Prairie, Shelley Counts of Trenton, Tennessee, also surviving is Jean Holland, of Sikeston, Missouri Other relatives and friends survive. He was preceded in death by his mother Nell Hall Counts.
