Harlan W. Lamb

Harlan Wayne Lamb, of Puxico, was born to the late Porter and Vernell (Fann) Lamb on March 2, 1938 in St. Louis, Missouri and passed away on July 9, 2026 in Bloomfield, Missouri at the age of 88.

Harlan moved to Puxico at the age of 11, where he lived for the majority of his life and attended the Puxico First Baptist Church. He served as the Mayor of Puxico for several years and was a teacher at Puxico Schools from 1959 until 1995, where he then became a park ranger at Wappapello, before finally working as a Budget Analyst for the U.S Army Corp of Engineers before retiring in 2004.

Harlan was preceded in death by his parents, Porter and Vernell and a brother, Richard Lamb.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, beginning at 11 A.M. at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico, Missouri, followed by a graveside service at the Puxico Cemetery.
