Helen Henderson Helen Mae Henderson of Bernie Missouri, daughter of the late Fredrick Homer Shawn and Mary Margaret (Hasten) Shawn was born on October 4, 1943 in Dewitt, Arkansas passed away on August 24, 2022 in Bernie, Missouri at the age of 78. She has lived in the Bernie, Bloomfield and San Simon, Arizona areas. Helen enjoyed crocheting, knitting, sewing, quilting, and playing Bingo. Helen was a retired waitress having worked many years at Tucker's Restaurant, Hickory House Restaurant and 4K Truck Stop. Helen is survived by her companion Curtis Henderson; two sons Michael Webb of Essex, Missouri; Vernon (Vicky) Webb of Bloomfield, Missouri; one daughter Janice (Chris) Smith of Wappapello, Missouri; thirteen grandchildren Chris James, Michael C. Webb, Cody Smith, Samantha (Tyler) Niemeier, JC Pinkerton, Ana Smith, Vincent Webb, Valerie (Steven) Siebert, Vabian Webb, Octavio Ortiz, Diego Ortiz, Michael S. Webb, Lilith Webb; eleven great grandchildren Daphny James, Blaiklyn Webb, Michael D. Webb, Madilynn Smith, Karrson Sisco, Emberly Taylor, Devon Pinkerton, Benjamin Comstock, Quinton Peery, Jayce Peery, Zoey Ricketts; as well as a host of family and friends also survive. Helen was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter Evelyn Denice Webb; four sisters Sue Smith, Gladys Tubb, Trella Arment, Mable Bailey; two brothers Bob Shawn, Joe Shawn. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri with Pastor Charles Robertson of Bloomfield officiating. Burial to follow in the Harper Cemetery in Aid, Missouri and Watkins and Sons Funeral Home of Dexter is in charge of all arrangements.
