Kenneth Breitweg

Kenny Breitweg, son of the late William John Breitweg, Jr. and Virginia Blackstone Breitweg, was born in Long Beach, California on July 7, 1943, and passed away at his home in Swinton, Missouri on March 27, 2014, at the age of 70 years. Mr. Breitweg had lived in California and Arkansas until moving to the Swinton area eighteen years ago. He was retired as a dental professor and Baptist minister. Mr. Breitweg proudly served in the U. S. Navy during the Vietnam War. In July of 1984, he was married to Linda Fox. Surviving are his wife, Linda Breitweg of Swinton, Missouri; one son, Kenneth Breitweg, Jr. of Idaho; two daughters, Angie Ellis and Ginney Hunter both of Dexter, Missouri; fourteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; one brother, William John Breitweg, III of Indianapolis, Indiana; and two sisters, Anita Erickson of Waldron, Arkansas and Lisa Henry of Hollywood, Arkansas. Other relatives and many friends also survive. He was preceded in death by two sons and one sister. Graveside Funeral services will be on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at 11:00 AM at the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with the Rev. Gary Cooper of Advance, Missouri officiating. Interment will be in the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
