L. Janice Sugg

Lillian Janice (Reese) Sugg, daughter of Willie Ray Reese and Genevieve (Wilkes) Reese was born on March 25, 1948, and passed away peacefully at her home on September 1, 2025 at the age of 77.

She was married to Richard Terry William Sugg on December 26, 1964 in Dudley, Missouri and they were married for 57 years.

They have three daughters, Kayeela Sugg, Margie (Karl) Moore and Cynthia Sugg, five grandchildren, Matthew (Bridget) Moore, Dustin Sugg, Eric (Katey) Moore, Chantelle (Shannon) Middleton, and Paige Sugg, seven great-grandchildren, Klayton, Eli, Joni K. Alex, Peyton, Kaiden and Conner, one sister, Judy Rainey, four brothers, Jimmy (Judy) Reese, Mike (Kellie) Reese, Perry (Cheri) Reese, and Jeff Reese.

She was preceded in death by her husband on August 13, 2022, her parents, two brothers, Roger and Danny Reese, and a brother-in-law, Michael Rainey.

She loved her family and friends and enjoyed family gatherings. Janice also enjoyed doing genealogy, playing softball, bowling, fishing, working in her flowers, and taking long walks until her failing health.

A memorial will be held at the First Christian Church on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 2 P.M.

The family is blessed to have the love and support of our amazing friends and family.
