Laura Mae Willis

 Laura Mae Willis, of Huntington Beach, California was born on February 20th, 1936 to the late Joseph Valentine and Nettie Mae (Boyd) Willis in Missouri and passed away on July 28th, 2025 in Huntington Beach, California at the age of 89 years old.

      Laura was of the Christain faith and was a friend of everyone. She attended Puxico High School and was a former Puxico Homecoming Queen. Laura was a lover of all animals and was a former director of an animal shelter, as well as having created a butterfly habitat. Laura enjoyed yard sales and exercising. She was a former flight attendant with American Airlines. Laura was truly beautiful inside and out and had many friends.

      Surviving family include her sister, Geraldine Allen of Phoenix, Arizona.

      Laura was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Larry Willis.

      A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 12th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.at Hobbs Cemetery.
