Martha Louise Stone of Sikeston, Missouri, daughter of the late Leo and Caroline Easter (Shipman) Curd was born on February 15, 1933, in Parma, Missouri, and passed from this life on April 6, 2024, in Sikeston, Missouri, at the age of 91 years.
She was of the Christian Faith.
Martha grew up in Parma and moved to Sikeston at the time of her marriage to James Huston Stanberry. She remained married to James until the time of his passing. Later in life she married James Stone and remained married until the time of his passing.
She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Martha is survived by one son, Greg Stanberry of Sikeston; five granddaughters, one grandson; ten great-grandchildren; as well as a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Stanberry; husband, James Stone; one daughter who passed at infancy, Marsha Stanberry; three sons, Kenneth, Don and Mark Stanberry.
