Michael Kingree

Michael Dow Kingree, son of the late Dow and Velma Lee McRoy Kingree, was born in Dexter, Missouri on August 19, 1950, and passed away at the Southeast Health Center of Stoddard County in Dexter, Missouri on April 5, 2014, at the age of 63 years. Mr. Kingree had lived Southeast Missouri and Bloomfield most of his life. He was retired from the Missouri State Highway Patrol and was a member of the NRA. Mr. Kingree enjoyed the simple life an was an avid outdoorsman. Most importantly, his life revolved around being a husband, dad, and grandpa. On May 27, 1972, he was married to Jeanne Harper in Bloomfield, Missouri. Surviving are his wife, Jeanne Kingree of Bloomfield, Missouri; two sons and wife, Richie & Kristi Kingree of Arnold, Missouri, Rocky Kingree of Van Buren, Missouri; two daughters, Adriane Kingree and Allison Sifford both of Bloomfield, Missouri; eight grandchildren; David, Madison, Audrey & Kaitlyn Kingree, Logan Jones and Lakin Kingree, Kendyl & Jamison Sifford; two brothers, Larry Kingree of Cape Girardeau, Steven Kingree of Jackson; and one sister, Donna Hutchison of Bloomfield. Other relatives and many friends also survive. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 7, 2014, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at 11:00 AM at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri with the Rev. Ronnie Stevens and Rev. Dwight Hensley Both of Bloomfield, Missouri officiating. Interment will be in the Bloomfield Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
