Ray Dean Hodge of Puxico, Missouri was born to the late Aaron Hodge and Sylvia Lee Logan Hodge on July 8, 1937 in Puxico, Missouri and passed away on December 29, 2020 in Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Ray had been a resident of Puxico, Missouri all his life. He enjoyed coon hunting, and was a member of the Puxico Mason Lodge number 596. Surviving are his wife Leta of Puxico, one son Terry and wife Ruth Ann Hodge; two grandsons and wives, Danny and Tracy Taylor, of Advance, Missouri; Rob and Faith Taylor of Sikeston, Missouri; four great grand children and wives, Trevin and Taylor Taylor of Advance, Missouri, Samantha and Clay Dover of Bell City, Missouri, Jacob and Joel Taylor both of Puxico, Missouri; three great great grand children; one niece Patsy Sipe of Pontiac, Michigan, and nephew & wife Dannie Patsy Hodge of Bernie, Missouri. Ray was preceded in death by one brother and sister. A host of family and friends also survive. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2021, from 4 to 7 p.m. the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico. Funeral Services will be held on Monday January 4, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Kenneth Lambert of Bloomfield, Missouri officiating. Interment will follow in the Puxico City Cemetery with Watkins and Sons Funeral Service of Puxico in charge of arrangements.
