Richard Terry William Sugg Richard Terry William Sugg of Dexter Missouri, son of the late Finis and Margie Alice (Cosey) Sugg was born April 30, 1945 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and went to be with the Lord on August 13, 2022, passing peacefully at his home in Dexter, Missouri due to cancer at the age of 77. Richard loved anything outdoors, gold and gem digging, metal detecting, hunting, fishing, camping no matter the weather. He enjoyed listening and playing music. Richard played many instruments and sang beautifully along with his siblings at every family gathering. Richard was united in marriage to Lillian Janice Reese on December 26, 1964. Mrs. Sugg survives the home. Together they had three children, Kayeela Sugg of Dexter, Missouri, Margie Moore (Karl) of Goodman, Missouri, Cynthia Sugg of Dexter, Missouri; five grandchildren, Paige Sugg; Matt (Bridgett) Moore; Eric (Katey) Moore; Chantelle (Shannon) Middleton; Dustin Sugg; three great grandchildren Klayton Moore; Eli Middleton; Joni K. Duncan; three sisters Katricia Russell of Potosi, Missouri; Suzann (David) Marmillion of Monroe, Lousiana; Sheri Hancock of Dexter, Missouri. A host of family and friends also survive. The family would like to Thank the many family and friends that gave so much love and support during this difficult time. Richard was preceded in death by his parents; one brother John Sugg. Memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, in Honor of Richard Sugg. Memorial service will be held Friday, August 19, 2022 at 6 P.M. at the First Christian Church in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins And Sons Funeral Service of Dexter assisting with arrangements.
