Ronald Joseph Graviett, age 72, of Bloomfield, Missouri, passed into the presence of his Savior on January 1, 2026, at his home. Though deeply missed, his family finds comfort and peace in knowing he is now whole and rejoicing in heaven with the Lord he loved and served.
Ron was born in Sikeston, Missouri, to Max Graviett and Mildred Schlitt, both of whom preceded him in death. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Linda Graviett, and a loving father to Elaine Causevic; Daronda Woodruff; Amanda Graviett; Jeremy Graviett (Ashley); Aunna James (Justin); and Lydia Robison (Joshua). He is also survived by his brother, Tommy Graviett, and his nephews, Thomas and Michael Graviett.
Ron was a proud and loving “Pawpaw” to his grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in his heart: Vivian and Loren, children of Elaine; Madyson, daughter of Daronda; Jayden and Baylor, children of Amanda; Grayson and Graham, children of Jeremy and Ashley; Maverick, Hudson, Royce, and Isabella, children of Aunna and Justin; and Layla and Bennett, children of Lydia and Joshua. He was also blessed with one great-grandson, Orion, son of Madyson.
A gifted graphic artist, Ron owned and operated The Knot Hole and Screen Graphics Impressions, where he brought ideas to life through t-shirts, signs, and creative design. Art, painting, music, and time with family filled his days, but above all else, Ron’s life was defined by his love for Jesus.
Ron was a bold man of faith, a devoted prayer warrior, and an unashamed witness for Christ. He shared his testimony freely and lived with intention, making it his mission that his family, and anyone he encountered, would know the love, grace, and saving power of God. He was a faithful member of Fusion Church in Advance, Missouri. The Scripture that guided his life was Psalm 37:4:
“Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.”
Ron will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Yet his life leaves behind a powerful legacy of faith, love, creativity, and devotion to Christ, that will continue to live on through his family for generations to come.
Services to honor and celebrate Ron’s life will be held on January 6th at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Mo. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m., followed by funeral services at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Walker Cemetery in Bloomfield, Mo . A Celebration of Life will take place afterward at The Gathering Spot in Advance, Mo, beginning at 4:00 p.m., where family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and celebrate the life Ron lived so faithfully.
